The quotes nobody called back on
Your techs go out, look at the system, write the quote, and hand it over. Then the day gets busy. The phone rings, the next call comes in, and that quote sits in the pile.
Most of those homeowners didn't say no. Nobody followed up. Those open quotes are work you already paid to go look at.
How Estimate Rescue works
- You share your open estimates. An export or a list from whatever you use now. You pick which quotes count.
- Homeowners hear back on a schedule. Texts and call-backs go out in order, so no quote sits there going cold.
- You approve the messages. Nothing goes out in your shop's name that you haven't signed off on.
- A person takes over when someone replies. Homeowners who are ready get booked for the return visit.
Who it's for
Local HVAC and home-service shops that write more quotes than they have time to chase. In rural Oklahoma I'll come by in person. Everywhere else, we set it up remote.
About
Kuutsai is Tom Roisum, out of Enid, Oklahoma. I'm not an HVAC tech. I set up the follow-up so the people who are can stay on the trucks.
Questions
Do I have to change my software?
No. We start from a list of your open estimates in whatever form you can get it out.
Is this AI texting my customers?
Some of the drafting uses AI, but you approve every message before it's used, and a real person takes over when someone replies.
Which quotes get followed up?
The ones you choose. You can leave out old quotes, small jobs, or anyone you'd rather call yourself.
What if a homeowner wants to stop hearing from us?
They can opt out, and they won't get more messages.
What does it cost?
Send me a message and we'll talk through your shop first. No price list posted yet.
